Christina Aguilera & Matt Rutler’s Arrest

They were released from custody this morning, and Christina Aguilera and Matt Rutler had quite an evening together.

According to a report, the “Genie in a Bottle” songstress was “severely intoxicated” when the LAPD pulled over the car she was riding in around 2:45am this morning. Rutler was the driver.

The police report stated that Christina “was not able to care for her safety and no one was available to ensure her safety... so she was taken into custody.”

"She (Aguilera) was not involved in any criminal activity and will be released when she can safely care for herself,” the report added.
