Jeweler Sells Surveillance Tape Of Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan may have won a bit of a break in her alleged theft! It seems the jewelry store – Kamofie & Co. – has sold the surveillance tape that show’s Lindsay perusing the store and trying on several pieces in the store.

Lindsay’s defense is that the necklace was a loan but the jeweler said that she clearly stole the item. However, the tape doesn’t look too good especially if they sold it to the media themselves, against the advice of lawyers in the case.

In the next few days, Shawn Holley, Lindsay’s lawyer, and prosecutor Danette Meyers will meet in chambers with Judge Keith Schwartz to discuss what will happen in the case and if Lindsay will get jail time or not, having already said that if she accepted a plea deal she would serve time.
