Carrie Underwood: 2011 ACM Awards Adorable

Ready to delve into one of the bigger dates in her calendar year, Carrie Underwood made a fashionable arrival to the 46th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas on Sunday evening (April 3).

The 28-year-old singer was decked out in a colorful purple frock as she worked the press at the MGM Grand Garden Arena prior to show kickoff.

With a full night ahead of her, Carrie is signed on to present an award while also among the star-studded lineup of performers set to take the stage during the annual ceremony.

Of Miss Underwood's performance plans, Executive Vice President of Specials, Music and Live Events for CBS Entertainment, Jack Sussman, said, “Carrie Underwood will walk out and I guarantee you she will be burning down that stage…she’s going to do nice little duet, but wants it to be kept between her and her duet partner-and if you know her well, you know you do not want to make her upset.”
