Johnny Depp & Penelope Cruz: “Pirates” UK Premiere

They’ve been globe trotting in support of their new film, and earlier today (May 12) Johnny Depp and Penelope Cruz attended the UK premiere of “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.”

The “Crybaby” hunk and the “Vanilla Sky” cutie both looked snazzy as they arrived at the Vue Westfield in the English capitol.

In a recent interview, Johnny explained that his 11-year-old daughter Lily-Rose and 9-year-old son Jack are sometimes a bit confused at what he does for a living.

Of his experience filming “Pirates 4” Depp shared, “I’ve thought of doing many things in my life, under the influence of life, and I’ve never actually thought of straddling two carriages while they’re moving before.”

“That was an interesting experience. I was jumping on people’s heads and onto another cart, and then the thing catches fire. And then I’m having to explain to my kids that this is how daddy brings home the bacon. They think I’m mad.”

And now his kids can see their dad immortalized in wax, as Johnny’s “Jack Sparrow” inspired wax figure was unveiled this morning at Madame Tussaud’s in Berlin, Germany.
