She’s definitely known for pushing the decency envelope, and Britney Spears has once again caused commotion with a newly-released video.

The clip was initially shot as an interlude for her 2009 Circus Tour, but has only just today surfaced on the internet.

In the video, Spears lip synchs to Marilyn Manson’s “Sweet Dreams” while crawling around in a skimpy outfit.

Meanwhile, the rest of the room is filled with mask-wearing party-goers who writhe against each other in what looks to be some sort of sex party.
