Katy Perry was spotted in Paris leaving Canal + Studios last night, all "Dressin' Up" in a blue ensemble complete with her blue hair in a bun (which definitely resembled a blueberry bagel). And while the "Ni**as In Paris" performer may have been dressed in blue, the pop star had no reason to be down, as she was seen with her rumored new beau, model Baptiste Giabiconi.
