Blake Livelys's Bullet Magazine Shoot

After six seasons of running the Upper East Side, Blake Lively is looking forward to the next chapter in life, which will follow the finale of her hit CW series "Gossip Girl."

The blonde bombshell recently spoke with Bullett magazine about the closing of her five year on the hit drama saying, “It’ll be bittersweet when it’s over, because it gave me all of this,” adding, “I think the best way to describe it is like someone who really enjoyed high school, and is like, I’m a senior and I can’t wait for the next thing!”

Even though the 24-year-old says the opportunity to work on the show was "great" she doesn't consider her Manhattan socialite character Serena van der Woodsen her best work explaining, "As an actor who plays a caricature of myself on the show, I don't think I’d say, watch ‘Gossip Girl’ for my best quality of work. But I am very lucky to have had that experience.”

While talking about her acting future, the "Green Lantern" babe also admitted that she isn't looking to please everyone in the business adding, “I’m not in the business of trying to win the approval of my cast members, my director or my audience. If I were, I’d be so beaten down by insecurity that I’d never be able to perform. The only person I'm trying to prove something to is myself.”

So what's next for Miss Lively? Besides starting production for the final season of "GG" in the summer, you can also catch her on the big screen as she stars in Oliver Stone's flick "Savages" for the role of Ophelia along with "Hick" co-starring Chloe Moretz.
