Lana Del Rey Announced As New Face Of H&M


We know that fashion-forward pop minx Lana Del Rey is into blue jeans, but we’ll be seeing her slapped up at bus stations and plastered across magazines while donning a more varied array of apparel soon. WWD reports the following today: “H&M on Monday confirmed to WWD that Del Rey will indeed be the global face of H&M’s fall advertising — with a second campaign planned for winter.” And judging by the ’60-leaning vibe of the image above, which H&M tweeted out yesterday, it seems Del Rey’s “National Anthem” video was just the tip of the retro iceberg.
