Nick Jonas: Central Park Player

Enjoying some fresh air and sunshine, Nick Jonas took to the field in New York City’s Central Park for a softball game today (August 2).

The “Who I Am” singer looked pretty focused as he strolled around the bases in a white and green “Wickets” uniform as fans cheered from the sideline.

And according to entertainment industry sources, Nick is in talks to join the judge’s panel on the upcoming season of “American Idol,” in the absence of Steven Tyler and Randy Jackson.

Along with Jonas, Pharrell Williams is also on the short list of possible replacements, and Mariah Carey has already signed on to fill Jennifer Lopez’s vacancy.
