Hannah Montana Forever Says Goodbye With "Wherever I Go" This Sunday

This is it, the final episode of Hannah Montana! This Sunday, January 16, 2011 one of our favorite Disney shows will finally say goodbye forever with the Hannah Montana Forever Episode 13: Wherever I Go, series finale. This special one-hour episode will air on Disney Channel at 6:00-7:00 PM (ET/PT) and include guest stars Mitchel Musso as Oliver Oken, Drew Roy as Jesse, Shanica Knowles as Amber Addison, and Anna Maria Perez de Taglé as Ashley Dewitt.


In Wherever I Go, Miley (Miley Cyrus) and Lily (Emily Osment) finally graduate high school and Miley is offered an amazing movie role and must choose between college with Lilly, or career changing role for her as Hannah. Miley has to make the biggest decision ever, whether to go to college or make a movie.

It’s a good thing Kim has been spending time with Kris Humphries, or else Kristen Stewart might have some stiff competition on her hands. We all know Kim loves younger guys, and Edward Cullen is permanently 19! It’s a perfect fit!

Chris Evans, who for reasons I explained earlier I can NEVER take seriously, is above. Not that I’ve been paying attention, but I gather this is the first picture of Evans in his full costume. He wore part of it, for his Entertainment Weekly cover. Remember? It was that weirdly constipated cover and it looked like the costume had been drawn on by an eight-year-old learning to use MS Paint. Why the departure from the more recognisable outfit? ‘You can’t really take him seriously in his flag pajamas,’ director Joe Johnston told EW, last year. This was made to look like a jumpsuit, in more muted colours. It took Evans 25 minutes, each time, to put this on. Captain America: The First Avenger is out in July 22.

Britney Spears' 'Hold It Against Me' Tops iTunes In 16 Countries

Forget any arguments that Britney Spears is some kind of underdog; with the release of her latest tune, "Hold It Against Me," earlier this week, the singer is certainly proving that she's still at the top of the pop heap.

Her manager, Adam Leber, tweeted that the singer was (as of press time) at the top of the iTunes charts in 16 countries: the U.S., Sweden, Australia, Greece, Switzerland, France, Ireland, Italy, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal and Spain.

"This is absolutely incredible!" Leber wrote. "Brit's fans never cease to amaze me." In addition to thanking the fans, Leber also shared that Brit is hard at work on the video for the track. "Went 2 dance rehearsals yesterday with @BritneySpears & @brianfriedman. HIAM video is going to be incredible to say the least. More to come," he tweeted Wednesday.

Also on Wednesday, Britney Spears thanked fans for all the support they've been showing the lead single from Brit's March album. "Couldn't of asked for a better 1/11/11..thanks to all my fans and all of the radio stations for playing HIAM!" she wrote. "I am truly blessed..."

On Tuesday, the same day the song was up for purchase on iTunes, it launched straight to #1 on the site and quickly broke all previous radio records for the most spins in the first day of release. "Top 40 outlets across the country immediately put 'Hold It Against Me' in rotation and received instant-reaction airplay at America's most-influential stations, including Z100 and WXRK in New York and KIIS and KAMP in Los Angeles," radio-industry analyst Kevin McCabe said in a statement.

It’s called “Spartacus: Gods of the Arena,” and it has even more carnal violence and over the top sex scenes than the original. French Movie Poster for Thor

An international poster for Marvel’s upcoming feature Thor has hit the net. The new one sheet is being used to market the film to French audiences and it shows the title character (Chris Hemsworth) striking a pose with his infamous hammer. The image debuted over on the website Fantasy.fr, and it’s a slight step up from the domestic version we got a month ago.

In this version of the poster you get to see Thor’s face, in the domestic release all we got was his arm. Overall, neither image is anything to write home about. They’re nothing more than teasers, therefore we can’t wait until they release the theatrical and character posters. That’s when the sh*t will really hit the fan. Bring on Odin!

. Victoria Justice Is The Girl To Watch In 2011!

Victoria Justice made a cute video to thank her fans for 35,000 subscribers on YouTube and she sounds insanely good!

Thanks to auto tune, genius producers and catchy lyrics, it’s not hard to sound like a pop star these days. However, up and comer Victoria Justice has the whole package…the looks, the attitude and most importantly, raw talent!

The 17-year-old Victorious starlet made a home video of herself singing Cee Lo’s “Forget You” to thank her fans for helping her get 35,000 subscribers on YouTube and she doesn’t miss a note. Seriously, she has Justin Bieber-style talent. Not only does Victoria sing like an angel, she plays piano AND jokes around with her fans. (At one point she almost diverts to Ceelo’s original, not so appropriate lyrics and catches herself!)

As much as I love my other girls — Selena Gomez, Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato — I cannot wait to watch Victoria take the world by storm. Mark my words, this girl is the one to watch in 2011!

Britney Spears' Pop Rivalries, From Christina Aguilera To Lady Gaga

For more than a decade, Britney Spears has been pitted against some of her pop peers, including Madonna, Jessica Simpson, Christina Aguilera and, most recently, Lady Gaga.

She's publicly buried the hatchet with Madonna and Aguilera — sharing a three-way kiss with the pair at the 2003 VMAs — and never really paid much attention to the hype of other so-called rivalries.

"Since the beginning of her career, she's always been pitted against whatever big pop person there is," MTV News' Jim Cantiello explained.

"I feel like artists have had rivalries with Britney and she hasn't really had rivalries with them," Entertainment Weekly's Leah Greenblatt added. "She's sort of left a lot of these girls in the dust."

While Brit has managed to stay on top all these years, a new pop princess might give her a run for her money. "I think Gaga's already been talking about what she is gonna do. She has said that her album is going to be more than just dance songs, and I'm guessing that Britney might be making a different type of album, which is great, because in that sense, Brit and Gaga don't have to compete," Perez Hilton said of any potential new rivalry. "They're each doing their own very distinct thing."

Greenblatt agreed: "It just seems like they're operating on different wavelengths right now. I mean, Britney's proven herself over such a longer period of time than Gaga has. I don't think that Gaga can just wipe her off the pop royalty board."

At the end of the day, it's not at all about competition, Cantiello explained. "Britney's going in the super dance route and Gaga's doing a super personal album," he said. "It comes a point where we've got to stop comparing the two."

Plus, it's hard for these two to really ever compete with one another, since Gaga has admitted to waving the Britney flag. "I was 13 when Britney became a star," she said in 2009. "I was amazed by the level of the superfan that Britney created. I want to bring back the feeling that I used to feel."

Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Eminem And Cee-Lo To Perform At GRAMMYs

The first slate of performers for the 53rd annual Grammy Awards were revealed Thursday morning (January 13), and the roster reads like a pop-music all-star lineup. MTV already broke the news on Wednesday that Eminem will cement one of the best professional years of his career by taking the stage on February 13 at the Staples Center, where he's also up for 10 awards. And he'll have plenty of chart-smashing company.


Among the other nominees on the list to perform are Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Cee Lo Green, Arcade Fire and Miranda Lambert. It will be the first Grammy performance ever for Lambert and Arcade Fire, while Cee Lo, Eminem, Gaga and Perry are making return engagements.

For Eminem, the performance is the latest in a line of accomplishments tied to his career-renaissance album, Recovery, which is nominated for Album of the Year. The Detroit lyricist scored a pair of #1 singles from the album with "Not Afraid" and "Love the Way You Lie," featuring Rihanna. With the most nominations for the night, he's also likely to go home with a few more awards than he did at the 2009 Grammys, when his tepidly received Relapse snagged Best Rap Album.

Eminem has already been featured in the show's promotional campaign. A touching 30-second spot showcases Em's musical legacy, from the loss of his friend Proof to his struggles through drug dependency and his rise back to the top of the hip-hop game.

Joining him in the Grammy promo campaign on Wednesday were indie upstarts Arcade Fire, who are up for three awards for their album The Suburbs. Their "Music Is Life Is Music" ad was revealed on Wednesday, showing singer Win Butler singing passionately amid a collage of images that include a casket, a barn, roses, wedding rings and dripping chocolate bars.

While 11-time Grammy winner Eminem leads the pack in nominations this year, Gaga is not far behind with six nods for The Fame Monster, while Perry and Green are each up for four, and Arcade Fire and Lambert are vying for three awards.

Zac Efron And Justin Bieber Join List Of Golden Globes Presenters!

We certainly didn't need another reason to tune in for the 2011 Golden Globe Awards on Sunday (between nominees like Ryan Gosling, Emma Stone, Jesse Eisenberg and Lea Michele, among many others we so love, we were good to go!)


But now the Hollywood Foreign Press Association has given us two more big reasons to watch the ceremony: Zac Efron and Justin Bieber!

The "Charlie St. Cloud" actor and singer-"Never Say Never" star will both be presenters during the show, joining an already impressive list that includes Hollywood Crush favorites like Robert Pattinson, Andrew Garfield, Sandra Bullock and Jennifer Lopez.

It has also just been announced that "TRON: Legacy" star Olivia Wilde will be handing out one of those coveted Golden Globes during the show.

No word yet on what categories Zac and The Biebs will be presenting for (or, if they'll be presenting together, for that matter) but it's already a winner in our book.

The 68th Annual Golden Globe Awards will air live Sunday at 8 p.m. ET on NBC. We'll be live blogging the red carpet, recapping all the fashion hits and misses and dishing plenty of behind-the-scenes scoop.

Amanda Seyfried in New Red Riding Hood Poster

The script for Red Riding Hood was written by David Leslie Johnson, who previously penned the screenplay for the horror flick Orphan. This version of Little Red Riding Hood is supposed to be a darker and more adult take on the story. Besides Seyfried, the cast includes Gary Oldman, Lukas Haas, Virginia Madsen, Billy Burke, Shiloh Fernandez, and Julie Christie as the grandmother (we’re still mad she signed on for this).


Detailed Plot Synopsis:

Seyfried plays Valerie, a beautiful young woman torn between two men. She is in love with a brooding outsider, Peter (Fernandez), but her parents have arranged for her to marry the wealthy Henry (Irons). Unwilling to lose each other, Valerie and Peter are planning to run away together when they learn that Valerie’s older sister has been killed by the werewolf that prowls the dark forest surrounding their village. For years, the people have maintained an uneasy truce with the beast, offering the creature a monthly animal sacrifice. But under a blood red moon, the wolf has upped the stakes by taking a human life.

Hungry for revenge, the people call on famed werewolf hunter, Father Solomon (Oldman), to help them kill the wolf. But Solomon’s arrival brings unintended consequences as he warns that the wolf, who takes human form by day, could be any one of them. As the death toll rises with each moon, Valerie begins to suspect that the werewolf could be someone she loves. As panic grips the town, Valerie discovers that she has a unique connection to the beast–one that inexorably draws them together, making her both suspect…and bait.

New Sucker Punch Poster – You Will Be Unprepared

Warner Bros has premiered a new poster for Zack Snyder’s upcoming action flick Sucker Punch. The movie is about a bunch of repressed girls who finally take control of their lives. They’re handing out ass-kickings and lollipops and their all out of lollipops. Over at Yahoo, they’ve debuted the new one sheet that exclaims, “You will be unprepared.” Be warned there’s violence waiting below…
This poster is nothing to write home about, but we feel that it gets the point across. The girls are front and center ready for battle, which is essentially what the film’s about. We also like the title design and we think it will look great in 3D, with the military planes and all.

Set in the 1950s, Sucker Punch follows Babydoll (Emily Browning) who is confined to a mental institution by her stepfather, who intends to have her lobotomized in five days. While there, she imagines an alternative reality to hide her from the pain, and in that world, she begins planning her escape, needing to steal five objects to help get her out before she is deflowered by a vile man. This trailer gives us a better idea of what those five things are.

Sucker Punch is scheduled to hit theaters on March 25, 2011.

First Official Photo: Andrew Garfield as Spider-Man

It’s what we’ve all been waiting for. Columbia Pictures has finally released the first photo of Andrew Garfield dressed as Spider-Man. Many of you have been wondering if he has what it takes to pull off the suit, and now you can find out. Check out Garfield in full Spidey gear below…

Prior to trying on the coveted suit, Garfield admitted that he got a little emotional.

“I won’t lie. I shed a tear when I first wore the spandex. I didn’t think that the spandex would make me so emotional, but it did. I have to kind of not look at my face because it doesn’t make sense to me,” he said. “I have to imagine that it’s a much better actor’s face in that suit.”
To be honest, he’s a lot skinnier than what we’re used to. When Tobey Maguire played the part, they made him bulk up. Perhaps all those rumors about the film being based on the Ultimate Spider-Man comic are true. This look fits that version of the hero much more than the traditional one.

Spider-Man is scheduled to hit theaters on July 3, 2012.

'Breaking Dawn' Photo Shows Kristen Stewart And Robert Pattinson -- Naked! -- During Honeymoon Scene

Let's face it, the thing we're most looking forward to in "Breaking Dawn: Part 1" is that sex scene.

I mean, yes, we're excited for the wedding and we're interested to see how director Bill Condon deals with the whole pregnancy fiasco, but really what we're counting down the days to is Bella finally asking why she is covered in feathers. And Summit Entertainment is well aware of that.

The first official picture of Bella's hand clutching those aforementioned feathers was released at the end of November, and that honeymoon scene took place the morning after Bella and Edward's big night. Now Entertainment Weekly's new issue, which hits newsstands this week, has an image of a different part of Bella's body during the same scene. Before you get excited, we're talking about her face. More after the jump.

This movie still, which fans got a sneak peek of on "Entertainment Tonight" and some sneaky "Twilight" fan sites posted online, shows Bella and Edward snuggling (naked!) under the sheets in that same Isle Esme bed. Since the pillows have yet to be ripped, we have a feeling this photo might actually be from the sex scene itself.

Judging by the way Edward is looking at Bella and the sweet way her finger is tracing his face, we're thinking this sex scene is more emotional and adorable than hot and heavy. We're totally fine with that, though, since word on the street is we get another very sexually charged bedroom scene in "Part 2" after Bella becomes a vampire.

Bill Condon told EW about the scene, "I spent a tremendous amount of time thinking about it. The anticipation is part of it and you want to play with what people expect and maybe subvert it a little and surprise them."

Kourtney & Kim Take New York Promo Picture

Kourtney Kardashian and Kim Kardashian are still promoting their show. A show I’d stopped paying attention to, so I have no idea what’s happening. I do know that someone’s not wearing pants, as someone flashed the ‘Panties Signal’ at my window at 3 a.m. this morning (it’s like the bat symbol, but with a selection of lace goods from Victoria’s Secret). The sisters star in Kourtney and Kim Take New York, in what I’m assuming is the only Kardashian show worth watching (I get a hairball just watching anything with the other sister… the sister who’s stalking a helpless Nicole Richie-Ewok). Okay, it seems the show’s starting on E! January 23, and that’s why Kourtney Kardashian’s not wearing any pants. Gotcha
