David and Victoria Beckham at the Met Gala Red 2014 Red Carpet

 It’s one of the biggest events of the year for the fashion industry and earlier tonight (May 5) David and Victoria Beckham strolled up to the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City for the 2014 Met Gala.

Arm in arm, the glamorous couple was hard to miss with their beautiful smiles and picture perfect poses as they mingled with fellow attendees.

With a guest list that includes the biggest names in fashion and entertainment, there’s no telling what to expect from the 2014 Met Gala.

Designer Zac Posen previously told E!, "I think people are going to look spectacular! I think we are going to see lots of major, major gowns and very strong iconic moments. You know, it's a very cut down list so I think everyone that's going is expected to shine."
