Channing Tatum Strips Down in "Magic Mike" Trailer

A sexy Channing Tatum bared quite the fair amount of skin in the first trailer for his new stripper-themed film “Magic Mike” that was released on Wednesday night (April 18).

The movie is based on the 31-year-old actor’s career as an exotic dancer before making a living in his current career as an actor, with the motion picture also staring Alex Pettyfer, Matthew McConaughey and Matt Bomer.

With the effort having been directed by Steven Soderbergh, the just-debuted trailer sees Tatum hitting the stage while showing off his dancing skills in a police officer outfit.

We can’t wait to see the rest of the chippendale-based happenings when "Magic Mike" hits theaters on June 29! Are you excited?

First Official ‘Magic Mike’ Movie Still, Plus Joe Manganiello Goes On A Date [PHOTOS]

Warner Bros. Pictures has released the first official image for Steven Soderbergh‘s male stripper dramedy Magic Mike. The fresh photo features Alex Pettyfer, Channing Tatum, Joe Manganiello and Matthew McConaughey. While the first three three show off their guns in sleeveless white shirts and army pants, McConaughey flaunts his ripped abs by going shirtless.

Inspired by real events in star Channing Tatum’s life, Magic Mike tell the story of a young male stripper (Alex Pettyfer) who is taken under the wing by his older colleagues as he, um, rises in the business. This is likely to be the most homo-erotic flick in theaters since Warrior, Mike will also feature True Blood‘s Joe Manganiello as Big Dick Richie and Matthew McConaughey as the veteran Dallas.

As part of their 2012 preview, Warner Bros. just released the first official still of the movie which you can find here. And just in case you were curious, Pettyfer plays Adam (aka The Kid) and Tatum is Mike Martingano.

This past weekend, Joe enjoying a pre-Christmas (December 23) date at the movies with his new girlfriend.

OK, let’s all please take a moment and look at Matthew McConaughey’s pants. Are you looking? Stare! Now back to business. Matthew was spotted in LA filming scenes for his new film Magic Mike with co-star Alex Pettyfer. Matthew was clearly going for some sort of groovy 70s look. Or at least that’s what it seems like based on the acid washed jeans and crazy shirt.

Alex looked a little more normal, opting for a hoodie over a tank and normal jeans. Definitely a different look than the police outfit we saw him sporting this weekend. Honestly, Alex looks super hot in whatever he wears. Or doesn’t wear. Mmm.

Magic Mike, which also stars uber hotties Matt Bomer, Joe Manganiello and Channing Tatum, tells the story of a group of male strippers living in Florida. Yes. I know. Hot men and they play strippers. I’m hoping it will be like a better looking version of The Full Monty.

Alex Pettyfer Gives An Insulting Interview To ‘VMan’ Magazine

E!‘s Ted Casablanca is not happy with I Am Number Four star Alex Pettyfer. Sure Pettyfer is sexy as hell, but he’s got a piss-poor attitude. Casablanca recently got his hands on an interview Pettyfer gave to VMan Magazine, and we can see why the gossip guy is up in arms.

Pettyfer, 21, went on a tirade about Los Angeles, and revealed an obnoxious tattoo he has just above his crotch that says “Thank You.” For what, we ask? “In case I forget to say it,” Pettyfer reveals. Vomit.

Pettyfer let the reporter for VMan know that every pottymouth word spewing out of the young buck’s mouth would end up in the magazine. Pettyfer didn’t really care, calling it “f___ funny.” He then proceeded to tear apart Los Angeles, a city that’s been rather kind to him lately:

“L.A. is growing on me a little bit but it’s still a s–t hole,” Pettyfer spewed. “I think it’s this insidious pool where nearly everyone lives in fear. Geographically it’s fantastic, but socially it’s disgusting. I wish they’d run all the c–ts out.”
And the star is not to thrilled about the life of an actor, comparing his job to that of an inmate’s: “Being an actor is like being in prison “You go, you serve your time, you try and replicate Johnny Depp‘s career and then you move to Paris.”

The wiseass is probably ticked he lost out on the Hunger Games role of Peeta to Josh Hutcherson.

Jennifer Lawrence’s Competition For ‘The Hunger Games’ With Alex Pettyfer Heats Up

Word on the street is that casting is underway for The Hunger Games, the popular teen novel series that Lionsgate is hoping to score big with. Already in talks for the male lead is Alex Pettyfer (as long as he doesn’t botch it with his ‘tude problem). But the female part is up for grabs, though sources say Jennifer Lawrence is close to nabbing the role (and a major paycheck). However, there are some other hot young actresses still trying to get their hands on the role.
About 10 actresses are vying for the part, including Jennifer’s fellow Oscar nominee Hailee Steinfeld. Other girls in the running include Sairose Ronan and Abigail Breslin. The film is slated to come out in about a year. I guess it just depends on what direction the filmmakers choose, because those choices couldn’t be more different. Who would you pick?

Alex Pettyfer, Emma Stone Watch Louis Vuitton Show In Paris

Earlier today we brought you the news that Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell both walked in the Louis Vuitton collection shown in Paris and it seems that young Hollywood wanted to see what Marc Jacobs had designed.

In the audience were two of the hottest talents today, Emma Stone and Alex Pettyfer. While Stone is still hard at work on Spider-Man, Pettyfer is still being tied in with The Hunger Games film, confirming with The Playlist that he is being courted to possibly join the movie.

Speculation seems to be that Pettyfer would be up for the lead part of Peeta Mellark, but I’d have to say that the way that Pettyfer carries himself (and his reputation)that he’d be better suited for Gale.

Dianna Agron Moving On With Chris Evans?

"Glee" star Dianna Agron may not be single for long. The blond beauty who plays Quinn Fabray on the smash show and who recently went through a dramatic split from her "I Am Number Four" co-star Alex Pettyfer, was spotted flirting with handsome "Fantastic Four" star Chris Evans.

A spy at a pre-Oscar party in West Hollywood told us, "They were flirting and deep in conversation for a while before they swapped numbers."

Vanessa Hudgens & Alex Pettyfer Red Carpet Premieres “Beastly”

Stepping out for a swanky evening, Vanessa Hudgens was spotted at the premiere of her new movie “Beastly” last night (February 24).

The “Sucker Punch” hottie looked nothing short of amazing in a Julien Macdonald strapless purple gown with blue suede heels as she posed outside the Grove’s Pacific Theater.

And Vanessa wasn’t the only Hudgens in the house- her whole family made it out for the shindig, including her grandma.

“Beastly” is scheduled to hit theaters nationwide in March 4th, and also stars Alex Pettyfer and Mary Kate Olsen.

Not even a fire in his home could keep Alex Pettyfer from attending the premiere of his new film Beastly. The actor showed up a little bit late to the premiere, among screaming fans, because of a electrical fire in his garage. Sadly, all of that new came from Dianna Agron‘s rep…um, how awkward if they did break up but still share the same rep!

“I’m a huge Vanessa fan,” said Harris. “I met her on the movie and I was really impressed with how professional she is. She’s got real technical chops. And I liked her work so much and how she works that I hired her to be Mimi in the “Rent” that I did at the Hollywood Bowl.”
