Ryan Phillippe hit teen stardom as a heartthrob in such movies as I Know What You Did Last Summer and the infamous Cruel Intentions. Here we first saw the budding romance between Phillippe and Reese Witherspoon. Both beautiful up and coming actors with the world at their fingertips, they joined in holy matrimony and began a family together which has produced two children. Since, they have separated after seven years of marriage. While Reese has entered into other relationships including a long term courtship with Jake Gyllenhaal, Ryan has essentially been off the map in the dating world. Then last October (2010), he was seen leaving Kate Hudson‘s Halloween party with Amanda Seyfried.
Since, we have seen numerous outings in which the couple seem to be making a great connection. However, Monday the two were seen at The King’s Speech party in LA and were reported to have shared a “heated” argument. Followed by separate exits. Now, number one who knows if they arrived together so, this point could be moot. However, it could mean trouble in paradise but I hope we can chalk this one up to normalcy for new couples and fighting. I guess we will have to wait and see!
