She’s been single for a little while now, and Vanessa Hudgens told Ellen DeGeneres that she’s still friends with ex-boyfriend Zac Efron.

The “Sucker Punch” actress explained, “We’re good. After being in a relationship with someone that long, you stay friends.”

When Ellen asked Vanessa about her rumored new beau Josh Hutcherson, she played the “just friends” card. “Can’t a girl have friends?” she asked.

DeGeneres shot back, “Yes they can. But this guy looks like he’s more than a friend.” Vanessa shared, “Aww, I love him. We just did a movie together and we had the best time.”
