She’s not exactly known for her modesty anymore, and Miley Cyrus is causing plenty of controversy with her concert wardrobe as of late.

During her gig in Paraguay last night (May 10), the “Hannah Montana” babe wore a pair of leather zip-up hotpants and a push-up bra while singing her teen star hits for a packed house.

Additionally, Miley was condemned by The Parents’ Television Council for her “Who Owns My Heart?” video recently.

They stated, "Miley built her fame and fortune entirely on the backs of young girls, and it saddens us that she seems so eager to distance herself from that fan base so rapidly."
