The “For Your Entertainment” singer showed up on the red carpet outside the Nokia Theatre LA Live sporting a long black jacket with a silver vest/trousers combo as he was joined by boyfriend Sauli Koskinen.
Adam has a spotty history with the American Music Awards, as back in 2009 he gave a rather racy performance in which he kissed his male bass player and a female backup dancer simulated a sex act on another dancer. Lambert will be taking the stage as one of the night’s illustrious presenters.
As for the nominees, Adele leads the pack with four chances at AMA glory while Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Lil Wayne, Rihanna, The Band Perry and Taylor Swift each collected three nods.
