The “Just Dance” diva showed up at the shindig sporting a long black dress with a slit to reveal her upper-thigh tattoo and sometimes did little to maintain her modesty.
During the course of the evening, Gaga presented the International Emmy Founders Award to Nigel Lythgoe, the executive producer of “American Idol” and “So You Think You Can Dance.”
She praised Nigel for “all the early opportunities he gave me to perform on TV” as well as his $140 million in charitable contributions through Idol Gives Back and The Dizzy Feet Foundation.
