After all the relentless teasing over the past two weeks, Selena Gomez & The Scene’s “Hit The Lights” video is finally here. The clip showcases the singer and her pals as they run rampant through nature during the day — they bounce through a corn field, pop balloons and smash pumpkins together. But then the sun begins to set, and it’s time to hop on a truck, snack on some watermelon and leave the farm shenanigans behind for a night of disco lights and clubbing. The coolest visual comes halfway through the “Hit The Lights” video, as Justin Bieber’s gal pal and her friends take to the backyard and create a makeshift club by shining flashlights all around the singer. The porch becomes a dancefloor and the whole gang is seemingly transported to the big city where, we’re left to imagine, they break the dawn.
