Star Spotting: Katy Perry Does 'The Hustle' With A Teddy Bear

Katy Perry kicked off the U.K. leg of her "California Dreams" tour at the Hammersmith Apollo in London yesterday. The unofficial Mayor of Candyland (as far as we're concerned) put on a dazzling show, with several costume changes and a stage filled with giant lollipops, which were surely inspired by her video for "California Gurls."

Accompanying her onstage was the pretty purple, uh, lady bear (you can tell she's female because has has long eyelashes and lipstick) you see in the picture above. We weren't there to actually witness the show, but it looks like Ms. Bear has some moves and is definitely holding her own up there alongside Katy

Madonna-Inspired Shoe Is Blond AND Ambitious

Yes, this is a photo of a shoe. For your foot. We're not sure how, but this is actually a real shoe that you are supposed to somehow maneuver your foot into. Israeli designer Kobi Levi created these "Blond Ambition" heels as an homage to Madonna, and we just have to marvel at the details for a second. He nailed absolutely everything!

The fashions from Madonna's "Blond Ambition" tour are iconic and unforgettable and, many would argue, still quite influential on so many of the designs we see pop stars wear today. From the cone bra to the stitching to the high-braided ponytail, all the way down to the mic, this shoe is (excuse our French) effing bananas. And how fitting that one of the only people we could see actually rocking this shoe is Madonna herself. OMG, it'd be so meta.

Miley Cyrus Readying International Tour

Singer will kick off new set of shows on April 29 in Ecuador.

Miley Cyrus is ready to take her music back on the road. The teen superstar is in the planning process for a full-scale international tour, E! News confirms.

Miley will kick off the tour on April 29 at Estadio Olímpico Atahualpa in Quito, Ecuador. Then she will take the show to Lima, Peru, at Explanada del Monumental, on May 1. The singer/actress, who has already begun a workout regime to prep for the tour, is set to announce more dates soon. There are no immediate plans for her to play shows in the United States.

"Miley has a huge fanbase worldwide," a source told E! News. "She's pumped that her schedule has opened up and allowed her to perform for fans abroad."

For those who might not be able to see her on tour, Cyrus has resumed tweeting. No, the star has not reinstated her account, like Demi Lovato, but instead will send messages from the Twitter account of production team Rock Mafia. Cyrus is attached to a big-screen adaptation of the group's music video for their track "The Big Bang," which she starred in with Kevin Zegers.

"This is my new way to connect. When I need to speak out I will tweet from @Rock_Mafia ROCK MAFIA FOREVER. x MC," she tweeted, including a picture of herself and the group's Antonina Armato, who added, "Writing with Miley on a Rainy Sunday #Heaven!"

Cyrus has been meeting with lots of music producers recently. Last week she met with "Party in the U.S.A." producer Dr. Luke. Sources tell MTV News that Miley is interested in writing more for other artists.

Shirtless Chord Overstreet: Pool Perfection!

Chord took part in a signing for fans last night in Times Square and went out to dinner with co-star Lea Michele and her boyfriend, Theo Stockman! “Just left this cool spot with @msleamichele @nickwrichardson and theo had fun tonight,” Chord tweeted.

Last week’s episode of Glee featured a song that paid tribute to Chord’s character, Sam, and his lips! Santana’s suggestion for an original song was called “Trouty Mouth” and included the lyrics “Grouper Mouth, Froggy Lips / I love suckin’ on those salamander lips”.

We know lots and lots of girls who wouldn’t mind sucking on those lips. Not one bit!

Chord Overstreet Drops His Pants On Ellen

Chord Overstreet gave the audience of The Ellen DeGeneres Show quite a thrill last week when he dropped his pants on the show to reveal yellow Ellen underwear.

For some reason, all the hotties like to take their clothes off on Ellen. This time, Ellen DeGeneres showed her screaming audience a photo of Chord in gold hot pants from Glee‘s Rocky Horror episode. “I’m actually sporting those underneath my jeans right now,” he joked. “Really? Let’s take a look,” Ellen said. Chord then unbuttoned his jeans to reveal underwear that read “Ellen’s got my tight end covered” on the back.

The two talked about his name, interest in music and of course, going shirtless on Glee. “After like the eighteenth episode of me with my shirt off, I can only get over it,” Chord said. “It was in my contract so I knew when I signed it, I was gonna have to have my shirt off.” TV’s resident six-pack hunk also said he’s single, but we don’t know if we believe it. It was just a few weeks ago that he was spotted out on a date with Taylor Swift.

Singer/writer/producer extraordanaire Bruno Mars is featured in a photo shoot for GQ magazine. Appropriately, Mars is wearing a different hat in each photo.

This last year has been good to Bruno Mars whose album scored triple-platinum sales, landed seven Grammy nominations, and he wrote the hook from Cee Lo Green‘s “Fuck You.” As he says, he’s just keepin’ it real.
There was one big stumble thought. Last September, Mars was busted for cocaine possession at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Vegas. “I’m not gonna preach that I’m a role model,” he says. “I’m a fucking musician! But I’ve learned people are watching, so don’t do nothing stupid.” He’s just hoping to keep his nose clean (so to speak), acknowledging that there’s no backup plan. “My jump shot sucks,” he says.

Jonas Brothers & Selena Gomez's Concert for Hope

Joining together for a good cause, Selena Gomez and Jonas Brothers trio Nick, Joe and Kevin took the stage for the Concert for Hope in Los Angeles, California on Sunday evening (March 20).

With Selena and her The Scene bandmates headlining, the slate of performers at the Gibson Amphitheatre at Universal CityWalk was rounded out by Allstar Weekend.

The gig saw all proceeds benefiting lifesaving cancer research at City of Hope, one of the nation’s leading cancer research and treatment centers.

Disney Music Group chairman said of the special concert, “It is gratifying to see a young generation of musical artists come together to support a future free from cancer. We are fortunate to have the commitment of these talented young artists to help City of Hope fulfill its mission of conducting innovative research and saving lives.”

President of Disney Channels Worldwide, Gary Marsh, added, “Some of the most important advances in cancer treatment originated from the work of dedicated City of Hope researchers, including the development of many of the most widely used cancer drugs. It is an honor to support this remarkable institution and its work to advance medicine and pursue research that saves lives around the world."

Daniel Radcliffe Set to Receive Hero Award

He’s been rehearsing for months for his upcoming show “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying” and Daniel Radcliffe happily posed for pictures during a post-show event at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre in New York City over the weekend (March 19).

The “Harry Potter” actor smiled proudly while posing with several fans and celebrities including stage show attendee, CBS anchor Katie Couric.

In other news, Mr Radcliffe - who has been an advocate for the suicide prevention group The Trevor Project since 2009 - is set to be honored with this year’s Trevor Project’s Hero Award.

Of the award, Daniel told the Associated Press, "It's fantastic. The fact that they think of what I've done by promoting awareness of the Trevor Project itself and the issues that it works to promote and help is a great honor."

Nick Jonas Pays Surprise Visit to Karen Rodriguez

She was recently eliminated from “American Idol” but Karen Rodriguez got a superstar-sized surprise during her interview with Ryan Seacrest.

The sexy songbird appeared on “On Air” to discuss her “Idol” experience, and made mention of the fact that her sister Karol is a huge Nick Jonas fan.

A few moments later, none other than the “Who I Am” rocker appeared in the studio, much to Karen’s delight. She exclaimed, “Oh my God! This tops my American Idol experience.”

From there, Nick and Karen called Karol at home and Jonas serenaded her with “When I Look You In The Eyes.” Karen told Karol, “I did it for you…I am so glad I made your dream come true. I love you!…This was my purpose, I fulfilled my purpose.”

In a brand new promo for the upcoming show “The Voice,” Christina Aguilera and her fellow vocal coaches have offered up a glimpse of what to expect.

The “Ain’t No Other Man” songstress, along with Blake Shelton, Cee Lo Green and Adam Levine, are featured in the clip promoting the brand new singing competition series.

In the preview, which shows the coaches facing away from the stage, Christina explains, “We get to concentrate on nothing but the voice.”

“The Voice” debuts on April 26 at 9/8c on NBC and has Carson Daly as its host.´
