Ryan Lochte’s on the money-grubbing tour, first appearing on 90210 and now appearing on E!’s Fashion Police. And, of course, he ended up taking all of his clothes off, scantily clad in his skin-tight swimming trunks.

Lochte eventually ended up in a fountain to talk about peeing because, you know, there’s really not much going on there.
