Nicole Scherzinger has unveiled the artwork for her new single 'Boomerang'. The X Factor judge will release the track, the first from her second solo studio album, on January 7.
Scherzinger filmed the music video for 'Boomerang' last month, inviting her X Factor contestants James Arthur and Jahmene Douglas along to the shoot. Arthur went on to win the competition and released 'Impossible' as his winner's single.
Douglas came second on The X Factor 2012. Scherzinger was recently voted the X Factor judge Digital Spy readers most want to see return in 2013 following her success during this year's run. Her new material follows debut album Killer Love, which was released in 2011 and reached number eight on the UK album chart. Listen to a preview of 'Boomerang' from The X Factor below:
