Prince George Visits The Taronga Zoo
It is not every day that a person
has an animal named after him, but little Prince George stopped by the
Taronga Zoo in Sydney, Australia on Sunday (April 20) to meet his
namesake.
Toted around in the arms of his parents Kate Middleton and Prince William, the tiny prince cooed with delight as he met a small Bilby that shares his name.
Meanwhile, Kate looked gorgeous in a cream colored dress with eyelet detail as she and William shared laughs over George's reactions to the animals.
The family received a plaque to commemorate their son's birth and the naming of the Bilby, which read, "A national gift from the Commonwealth Government to commemorate the birth of His Royal Highness Prince George of Cambridge."
