Zac Efron Sexy At The MTV Movie Awards Red Carpet

Always a big hit with the ladies, Zac Efron received a warm welcome as he arrived at the 2014 MTV Movie Awards earlier tonight (April 13).

Always happy to oblige the fans, the “Lucky One” star took a few moments for a red carpet posing session in preparation for the Nokia Theatre’s main event.

And while the arrivals area looked to be absolutely electric, the real action gets going as our favorite stars begin competing for the highly-coveted Golden Popcorn trophies.
