Channing Tatum To Play Gambit In The Next X-Men

Channing Tatum has been confirmed to play Gambit in future X-Men films.

Producer Lauren Shuler Donner recently named Tatum as her ideal choice to play the comic book character, before it emerged that he was in talks for a potential solo film.

Director Bryan Singer previously teased that he was planning on bringing Gambit into the fold for X-Men: Apocalypse in 2016, so expect to hear even more details on Tatum's casting as they enter negotiations.

X-Men: Days of Future Past will arrive in UK cinemas on May 22 and in the US on May 23.
