The 23 year-old actor already appears hunkie and hot. It’s because he regularly does his workout which consists of strength training, conditioning, and cardio exercises. He usually performs pull-up, hanging leg raise, alligator walk, wide-grip press-up, and chin-up whenever he’s at the gym. When doing his cardio training, he resorts to running, sprints, cycling, and skiing.
The Sexy star is wearing way too many clothing pieces on the cover of the new Men's Health, but at least the inside spread makes up for the gaffe.
"I weighed 175 pounds in Kick-Ass 2," ATG tells Men's Health. "For Godzilla, I was pushing 190."
Now what about his diet? Well, the GODZILLA star follows a weight gain program and consumes 6 meals per day, with large breakfast incorporated with protein shakes.
